These baked banana slices are so easy to make and a perfect snack for training on the go. They don’t crumble or make a mess and taste great.

3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chocolate spread
200g rolled oats
60g walnuts, chopped
30g dark chocolate chips
Food processor / 9 inch square baking tray / baking paper
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Put the bananas in a food processor and blend to a pulp. Add the peanut butter and chocolate spread and blend.
3. Add the oats, walnuts and dark chocolate chips and mix with a wooden spoon.
4. Pour the mix into the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
