Every now and then I treat myself to this delicious desserty breakfast (especially if I have a big day of exercise ahead). It tastes as good as it sounds.

Serves 2
Prep time 10 mins

Ingredients

250ml oat milk
banana, chopped
50g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
140g porridge oats
1 tbsp maple syrup
50g chopped walnuts
30g white chocolate chopped into small pieces

Method

  1. Pour the oat milk into a saucepan and begin to heat. Add the banana, raspberries, maple syrup and mix.
  2. Pour in the oats and continue to stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Finish by stirring in chopped walnuts and the pieces of white chocolate
