Dragonfruit is full of goodness and adds an amazing pink colour to your smoothie bowl. It doesn’t actual taste of anything exciting so the other ingredients give it the flavour needed. Essentially it’s a smoothie in a bowl covered in fancy toppings and looks impressive. However, it is super tasty. If you want extra texture you can also eat with granola and yoghurt for some crunchiness and creaminess.

100g pink dragonfruit
50g frozen mixed berries
100ml coconut/almond milk or coconut water
1 teaspoon honey
Optional Toppings – sliced banana, flaxseeds, desiccated coconut, sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped walnuts, sliced kiwi
- Blend all ingredients. Use frozen banana if you want a cooler, creamier texture to your smoothie bowl. Add colourful and delicious toppings for a fantastic looking and tasting brekkie.
