Tri2 Values
Our love of triathlon grew when we found a partner to share it with. Our enjoyment of triathlon grew when we found a triathlon club to train with. Our triathlon results improved the moment we found a coach to guide and support us. Triathlon may be an individual sport but we are better together. We want to inspire a community of triathletes to dare to dream by offering coaching as well as sharing our journey and everything we learn along the way.

Richard Farren

Sophie King
Coach
Sophie is a certified Ironman coach, triathlete and healthy eating enthusiast. She first discovered triathlon by competing in sprint distance events in Cornwall (UK) in 2015 and has been racing ever since. Now she specialises in Ironman 70.3 distance.
At Xiamen Ironman 70.3 in 2019, Sophie won her age group and qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship.
Sophie has always enjoyed coaching others and encouraging them to enjoy healthy eating and exercise. She discovered triathlon when writing a successful healthy eating and fitness blog in 2015 called ‘100 Healthy Days’ that was featured in Women’s Health magazine UK and Australia. Sophie wants to help more women discover this amazing sport and show them that there is no limit to what they can achieve.
